I currently reside and was born in San Diego, CA. Growing up, I spent every moment I could outdoors either at the beach, at the lake, or at a baseball field with my family. It all started with a GoPro I received for Christmas when I was 16. It was revolutionary to me. I could document every aspect of my life through either film or images. I loved it. One thing led to another and I moved to Flagstaff, AZ for college, changed my major a couple times, started taking photography seriously, and on and on. I studied Photography with a field emphasis and Social Media Marketing. By using this information, I am able to benefit companies that wish to spread their popularity and reach through platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, while enhancing the SEO. Independent study, such as my capstone project, has driven me even further into this field. I have studied and written on the main influences Social Media has in our world today. This includes how it draws us in and why so many people are addicted. By using this information, my efforts with Social Media growth have been drastically improved upon. I have worked as a content marketing strategist/manager for NAZ Today (a news broadcast out of Northern Arizona University) and for NAU TV which televises the majority of campus sports on tv and online. I am currently a Social Media Marketing Strategist for Thank You Heroes Realty in San Diego.
I shoot with Canon cameras and love taking storytelling photos. I take portraits, automotive shots, sports photos and even some product photography here and there. But in the end, I love getting lost, finding something beautiful, and capturing it in the style that I have developed over time. From drone video, to astrophotography: I have a constant desire to grow my skill and use it to show just how amazing photography is.
So that's about it! I'm sure all of this will grow as I do in this profession. I can't wait to add more!
